Esther Leck
Managing Director / Partner
Possessing more than 15 years of experience in the entertainment and media industry, Esther has played a central role nurturing and helping a wide repertoire of artists to achieve breakthrough success with their record sales. Her roster of artists has included: Martin Garrix, Camila Cabello, Justin Timberlake, Celine Dion, Alan Walker, Rita Ora, Jay Chou, JJ Lin, to name a few. She is particularly adept at crafting localised strategies for each unique market in Asia, artist and audience development, marketing, and strategic partnerships. Esther was formerly the Vice President of Asia Marketing for Sony Music Entertainment.
Rina Leck
CDO / Partner
With over 20 years of experience in music and artist management, Rina has successfully championed a diverse list of artists and music across Asia: Dean, Girls Generation, Super Junior, Beast, Eason Chan 陈奕迅, Lee Hom王力宏, Karen Mok 莫文蔚, Jolin Tsai 蔡依林, CoCo Lee 李玟, Angela Zhang 張韶涵, and more. Pior to RELE, Rina headed up regional marketing and promotion at Universal Music and Sony Music. She was then hired by international artist, Karen Mok as her strategic consultant, based in Hong Kong. On the live side, Rina has engineered and managed an extensive number of shows from intimate showcases to sold-out arena concerts.
Gavin Parry

Gavin is currently a Partner with Palisady Asia Pacific, a digital and music rights investment advisory business. Gavin is a senior Digital Music Executive with over 20 years experience in the Asia Pacific region through his former role as head of Digital and Business Development for Sony Music Entertainment. He possesses a strong business network across the region, as well as advanced skills in both finance and technology, being a qualified Chartered Accountant and former IT Director.
Hayden Bell
Head of Music & Synchronization
Hayden is currently the CEO of Ekko Global Music Rights and manager of a Publishing Rights Investment fund of USD200m. Hayden has successfully run and owned record labels, operated artist, writer and producer management. He has worked for major publishing companies like BMG Rights, and major record companies such as Sony Music. His own publishing companies have had long term worldwide admin and sub publishing deals with EMI Music Publishing and Universal Music Publishing.
