RELE Creative, Digital & Marketing Agency welcomes new board of senior executives. Excited and ready to expand wider across the APAC region.
RELE, a boutique-styled music and entertainment agency based in Singapore, ASIA is pleased to announce a strategic team of senior executives joining the board to continue building the agency’s business and artist footprints in Asia Pacific. The experienced team has played a central role in breaking a wide repertoire of artists. Founded by Rina Leck and Esther Leck in late 2019, RELE envisions to empower artists, labels and managements with the expertise, infrastructure and network to gain control, build fans and scale across all dimensions of the entertainment industry.
Esther Leck, Managing Director, RELE and former Vice President Asia Marketing at Sony Music and Artist Team of JJ Lin, said “Asia has come a long way to be one of the most important region globally. Commercially and artistry wise, the region has seen exponential growth rate and huge opportunities still untapped. RELE is equipped to help artists of all genres be successful in the region.”
Gavin Parry, former Executive Vice President Digital and Business Development, Asia at Sony Music and ANZ and Chairman of ARIA Digital Committee will act as the Chief Operation Officer and board member of RELE.
Gavin said, “The music industry has always been in a constant state of change and we have seen yet another shift over the CoVid period. The RELE strategy allows artists to quickly adapt to those changes by employing experienced individuals who intimately know the Asian market and have a track record of driving 360 degree revenues in the region. I am very glad to have joined the team.”
Hayden Bell, CEO of The Kennel Music AB who has a strong legacy of generating record-breaking singles across both the Western and KPOP markets will lead the agency’s publishing, recording and synchronisation business.
Hayden commented, “RELE offers Western labels a full range of services that help build their artists in a meaningful way in the Asian music and entertainment market through the incredibly strong network and executive team. Rina Leck, Chief Digital Officer, RELE and former Head of Marketing at Universal Music Group and Sony Music is excited with the new setup, “With Gavin and Hayden experience and advisory, we will take RELE to another dimension. There will be more opportunities for Asian acts to cross to the global markets and similarly, for western acts to grow in Greater China and rest of Asia.”
